On Holds Improved
In 5.8.3 we have put considerable effort in to providing a complete On Hold solution that is not only fully featured but also user friendly. A lot of the focus was ensuring that it updated the Direct Debit Payment Schedules accurately for each membership type and On Hold scenario. We also wanted to be sure it worked in properly with Membership Package settings that control how On Holds and Extensions can be utilised for Memberships. You can have as many On Holds as you like - they are clearly presented in an ordered list (latest at the top) on the Customer Manager main page. You can even create On Holds in the past. It is simple to Add, Delete and Change On Holds and we do validate that On Hold periods do not overlap and that the data period is valid. There is a detailed transaction log maintained for On Holds which you can easily view at the press of a button - so that you can see the date and time staff have made changes to the Member's On Holds. The On Holds are now applied against Memberships instead of the Customer. That means, where a customer may have 2 or more current Memberships - they can go On Hold on one of those Memberships and not the other

Schedule Future Payments Button in Manual Payments Window To Not Do Pro-Rata
This functionality was producing a pro-rata payment for part periods when generating the future payments for a continuous membership (so they can be manually paid). This did not make sense. So the functionality will now only generate the future payments for payments before the End Date entered in by the user. If the member wants to make a part payment then that still can be done when making a Manual Payment by entering in the part payment amount.

Access Control Window Displays Member Data
The Access Control window now displays helpful Member data when the Member swipes their card at the Entry point. This data includes the Members last visit, the number of visits the Member has made in the last week, last month and last year and when the Member's Membership is expiring.

Contact Logs Not Displaying
The Contact Log is now displaying in full
Access Control Window Layout Fixed
